Annual Document pursuant to Article 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act
Article 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act, which took effect on July 1, 2005, stipulates that publicly traded companies are required to publish what is known as an “annual document” once annually. This document contains or refers to all information, which the company was required to publish during the preceding year as a result of certain legal provisions relating to capital markets.
